Pro Lighting 3 year warranty

For all products purchased by Pro Lighting we provide a 3-year warranty in addition to the statutory warranty under the conditions described here.
If the customer is a consumer as defined by Civil Code §13 and the goods are used privately.

Please note: The legal warranty is not restricted in any way.

Manufacturer’s warranty that go beyond 36 months are also transacted through Pro Lighting.
If specific conditions have to be met for manufacturer’s warranty, these hints are indicated in the article text or in the delivery.


The company Pro Lighting e.K. extends the usually one-year warranty of manufacturers to full 36 months without additional cost. We provide warranty for all defects occurring during the warranty period, which are demonstrably due to a material or production mistake.

Excluded from the warranty are: All wearing parts such as cables, bags, cases, illuminants, spotlights LEDs, potentiometers, fader, laser diodes, laser galvos, accumulators, etc...
Furthermore, product defects which results from misuse or disregard of operating instructions, improper or excessive use, overloading or a lack of maintenance and care are excluded. As well products with deviations from desired values, which are irrelevant for the usability of the product.

For all recognized defects we are solely responsible for the removal of defects. For example by a free repair or replacement by a faultless product (if not more available perhaps by a succession model). The choice of the measure is entirely the responsibility of the company Pro Lighting e.K.. Produced guarantee achievements do not lead to an extension or a new start of the guarantee period. Exchanged products or components become our property.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at per email kundenservice@prolighting.de. For assignment, we need the document number of the purchase invoice.
In the first 6 months we will pay the shipping costs for end customers from Germany and the EU foreign countries.
German and European islands are excluded. (Eg., however, not exclusively: Balearic Islands, Canaries, Azores, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Malta, Crete and Greek Islands)
After the warranty has been completed, you will recover the device free of charge. We accept the return costs from us to the customer.
For warranty claims beyond the EU, the shipping costs must be paid in full (in both directions) by the customer.

These warranty claims can not be assigned (eg. by resale).
The guarantee claim must be claimed within the warranty period.
Any other claims other than the right to remedy the deficiencies of the product in our warranty conditions are not justified by this guarantee


We offer 2 years warranty to our commercial customers.

The 3-year warranty is valid from the date of purchase. 1st June 2010.
